A quick stop at the cheese shop for all the fixings … from crusty baguettes to maple pepper ham and garlic ring … we even sell the cast iron pot and fuel. All you need is wine, a few veggies and a touch of cornstarch. Prep is in the shopping. Nice.

	Raclette
	Cheese tradition is alive in RACLETTE, the classic French/Swiss dish. If melted cheese over gently sautéed vegetables and savories makes your mouth water, then it’s sure to impress your guests.
